Do you service my area, and is there a delivery charge?

How many children can bounce at a time?

As a general guide line:
- Ages 2 to 8 ....... 8 to 10 children (depending on size)
- Ages 9 to 12 .......6 or 7 children
- Ages 13 to 16 .....4 to 6 children
however keep in mind that compatible sized children MUST play on the unit at the same time, REGARDLESS of age. Different sized children must not be mixed. Please remember, the above is a guideline only. It all depends on the size of the children, and how active they are. Toddlers you can get more in, since they are smaller, and less "bouncy."

.How much room do I need?

 

The amount of room required varies with each piece of equipment. see each inflatable to review its size. As a rule of thumb, you should add 10' to the width and 10' to the length of any inflatable. In addition, please be sure there is proper overhead clearance for the unit you are renting. We are happy to discuss space requirements when you make a reservation.

 

Can inflatable bounce houses or combos be setup on pavement ?

Yes. Hard surfaces must be smooth and clean. Rough concrete surfaces are too abrasive to the bottom of the inflatable.

Does the blower have to run all the time?

Yes, the blower keeps the inflatable bounce house or slide inflated. As long as all riders have exited safely, the blower can be unplugged to deflate the bouncer or slide. This is sometimes necessary to give the adult supervisors a break and to let the children take a breather.

 

Is the equipment safe?

Our commitment to the safety and health of your guests makes us a cut above the rest. When considering renting equipment for your affair, ask yourself if it is important that the children at your event are playing on safe, clean equipment. We clean and sanitize our inflatables after each use... not all of our competitors' can make the same claim. Sillysids only rents inflatable attractions certified annually by the State of Oh Amusement Ride Safety program.

Rain/Weather Policy:

There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event cancelled due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we get to your location to set up. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind we cannot set up an inflatable.

What kind of deposit is required?

A $50 deposit is required at time of booking
